About
At Partnership Care London, we passionately believe that everyone has the inherent right to live a life of their own choosing. Our specialised support services empower individuals to lead happy, fulfilling lives in the sanctuary of their own homes, enjoying the stability of their own tenancies.
Spanning the vibrant city of London, our Day Centre, Home Care, and Outreach services are designed to assist adults with various needs, enabling them to live independently and safely within their local communities. We proudly support individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and those who exhibit challenging behaviours.
Our approach is fundamentally person-centred, meaning that our care and support are meticulously tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs, preferences, and aspirations. We are dedicated to offering bespoke services that resonate with the people we support.
As a CQC-registered organisation, Partnership Care London is committed to providing services that facilitate independent living for people with diverse needs. We work collaboratively with you, your family, and the professionals around you to develop a comprehensive, person-centred care and support plan. From the beginning, your choices, aspirations, and needs are the cornerstone of our planning process.
Our rigorous induction programme ensures that all our employees are thoroughly trained to meet the Common Induction Standards and the Essential Standards of Quality outlined by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We are devoted to investing in and retaining our staff, ensuring that all our carers either have achieved or are working towards a minimum Care Certificate and NVQ Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care.
At Partnership Care London, we are more than a service provider; we are your dedicated partners in care, committed to making a positive and lasting impact on your life.
