Partnership Care carers are trained to look after service users with a range of complex care needs including dementia, spinal injuries, brain injuries, PEG feeding & stoma care. Our care plans are completely personalised and range from daily visits to respite and overnight care, so you can choose the perfect care for you.

Once you send us an enquiry via e-mail, letter or telephone, our care managers will contact you to discuss your requirements. Our aim is get to know you personally so we can provide care as you want it. All of the information you provide to us is kept in the strictest of confidence and will not be shared with any third parties. Once we have gathered all your information, we will be able to give you an outline of schedules and costs of your care.

Home carers can help with feeding /eating and drinking, washing and bathing, dressing and undressing, going to bed and getting up, going to the toilet, and prompting you to take your medication. They can also help with domestic tasks, such as preparing meals, laundry, ironing and shopping.

You can also get help with social activities, such as going to the cinema, or have someone with you so that you can get out and about.
